Being a trucker is not an easy way to make a living. Aside from battling others to get work, truckers must deal with road hazards, mechanical breakdowns and, of course, the weather in order to get their loads delivered on time and under budget. Rain, snow and even extreme heat are among the weather conditions that can make the driver late or damage the cargo, which could cause the trucker to lose money on the contract -- or possibly even have to pay for the value of the cargo. Each episode of "Loaded" follows several truckers to see who ends up with the most cash at the end of their runs.
Extreme weather threatens truckers; Ryan gets some troubling news; Joe has to deliver nine million bees; Brenda goes on her first long haul.
Three truckers battle Hurricane Sandy, oversized loads and an ice storm; Brenda drives through an Atlanta hurricane to deliver survival supplies; Ryan is under a tight deadline as an ice storm threatens.
