Danny builds bridges between our increasingly urbanized lives and "wild" nature. Along the way, he will be joined by some of the best chefs, who will inspire him on how to make use of all of nature's resources.

Danny Christensen is in Tuscany, Italy where he visits an incredible knife maker, stays at a beautiful castle, chases wild boar and gets a cooking lesson form a next-generation Italian hunter.
S1, EP4 "Transylvania, Romania"
